I have been taking your MSM+C for well over 25 years and never really knew the dosage in the capsules.
The recommendation is for 3000 mg per day. What is the MSM dosage in your capsules.

    Thanks
    Al

      Al,
You take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 in the evening for a total of 4800mg a day

    Aloha Roy,

What dietary supplements should someone take to improve and sustain overall good health? I would like to get your recommended list of supplements for my mother. She will start a balance diet as while (fyi). Thank you in advance.
    Peace and love,

I would suggest MSM+C of course but also Life’s Fortune multi-Vitamin is an excellent addition with the MSM

I grind my teeth. I have worn a mouth guard for seven years, done shots, PT and had muscle relaxers. i have ground into my porcelain crowns and now it feels like the bone is hurting. I still get up every morning with a sore jaw. I have been taking MSM+C for two months. I do have a lot if stress in my life. Is there anything to take so I don’t have to use synthetic medicine?

      Kay,
You could try Valerian Root before you go to bed. It will help relax you without making you really drowsy the next day.

      Linda,
It’s for people with diabetes. It will help regulate their blood sugar levels

On your CD about MSM + C, it mentions a group for diabetes. Was there any thing else besides sugar shocker to take also?

Sugar Shocker is the main supplement I recommend but I also would say a daily regimen of MSM+C gives your body the chemical strength to fight weaknesses caused by diabetes.

    Roy,

MSM+C for thinning hair? It helps with hair growth?

I’ve definitely had people tell me it stopped hair loss. A few cases did even note some regrowth. Sulfur in MSM helps your body produce more keratin, the building block of hair. While supplementation cannot fight a strong genetic disposition to hair loss, it can fight or even stop it. Hormones and other chemicals are risky and often unproven. We’re simply giving your body back the necessary nutrients it may be deficient in.
