    Roy

I have been taking your MSM+C for well over 25 years and never really knew the dosage in the capsules.
The recommendation is for 3000 mg per day. What is the MSM dosage in your capsules.

    Thanks
    Al

    Aloha Roy,

What dietary supplements should someone take to improve and sustain overall good health? I would like to get your recommended list of supplements for my mother. She will start a balance diet as while (fyi). Thank you in advance.
    Peace and love,

I would suggest MSM+C of course but also Life’s Fortune multi-Vitamin is an excellent addition with the MSM

I grind my teeth. I have worn a mouth guard for seven years, done shots, PT and had muscle relaxers. i have ground into my porcelain crowns and now it feels like the bone is hurting. I still get up every morning with a sore jaw. I have been taking MSM+C for two months. I do have a lot if stress in my life. Is there anything to take so I don’t have to use synthetic medicine?

      Kay,
You could try Valerian Root before you go to bed. It will help relax you without making you really drowsy the next day.

On your CD about MSM + C, it mentions a group for diabetes. Was there any thing else besides sugar shocker to take also?

Sugar Shocker is the main supplement I recommend but I also would say a daily regimen of MSM+C gives your body the chemical strength to fight weaknesses caused by diabetes.

MSM+C for thinning hair? It helps with hair growth?

I’ve definitely had people tell me it stopped hair loss. A few cases did even note some regrowth. Sulfur in MSM helps your body produce more keratin, the building block of hair. While supplementation cannot fight a strong genetic disposition to hair loss, it can fight or even stop it. Hormones and other chemicals are risky and often unproven. We’re simply giving your body back the necessary nutrients it may be deficient in.

Dieters Delite works really well for both of those issues. It has kelp in it which has been shown to regulate thyroid function

I have had cancer and took chemo treatments(finished with chemo April,2017) Still trying to cope with what it has done to my body. Before cancer I had thyroid problems( hash. thyroiditis) and some osteoarthritis. Now I still have those along with RA. and glaucoma. I take msmc (powder form) and relief. These have been a big help for both the arthritis’s. My thyroid is still a big problem (weight gain, sluggish, constipation and seems my metabolism has slowed to less than a crawl) What other supplements do you recommend that can help me get back to feeling good again?

Ok it’s me again, so this is what I’m taking 2 dieters delight, 2 slender, 2 lipohack, 2 CBD bombs and one lipodrene a day. I was only taking one lipohack and I was fine, but now I have started shaking some. I don’t have a big appetite so I don’t take slender before every meal because sometimes I miss meals. So my question is: Am I taking too much?? 🤔

I have been dealing with suppressed immune issues for quite a long time. The latest being the herpes simplex, or the fever blisters on my mouth, at 58 that was a first for me. It was horrible when the second bout showed up shortly after the first was healed. I also had h-ployi in my stomach. And yeast, lots of yeast in my body. What would you suggest as a regime for me?

Would MSM+C cause a mid 50 year old female to have her period after experiencing the relief of not having one for almost a year? I got some to help my wife with hurting joints but company came about a week in.
